• The prices of B&B Casa Don Carlos are based on two persons per night and include VAT and breakfast.
• Staying more than 5 days we offer a 5% discount on the room rate
• We offer a 10% discount if a room is booked for one person.
• There is a €12,50 surcharge when booking the rooms for one night only.
• Minimum stay is 2 nights, or send us a email with a request.

• After confirmation by B&B Guesthouse Casa don Carlos on the chosen dates, we will process your booking by sending a PDF-confirmation with details and a deposit request.
• After receiving the down payment, the booking will be final. We will confirm each payment by e-mail.
• Our Bed & Breakfast is an Adult-Only accommodation and we don’t have pets (except fish in our pond).
• In the case of damage to movable and/or immovable property of B&B Casa Don Carlos, Villa Alegria or other matters that have been made available to you by Caronald Guesthouse S.L. will be recovered through a separate account, therefore you can use the invoice for your trip insurance.
• Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, common areas or where other guests are located. Smoking enhancers cannabis, weed, hash, joint, stickie, hemp, marijuana is not permitted anywhere.
• We are not allowing, due to Food Safety regulations to prepare your self catered food in our kitchen as well to eat or to use your own purchased drinks in public areas.

• The first down payment of the booking is 25% of the total sum (for 1 night it’s 100% and for bookings with greenfees it’s 50%). We request a payment within 5 days. If you have indicated to pay by credit card this will be done within 5 days after sending the PDF-confirmation.
• Please settle the second or final payment 4 weeks before arrival unless otherwise is agreed, If by credit card we shall settle the payment also 4 weeks before arrival.
• Our banker is Solbank (Banco de Sabadell S.A.) in Spain. Please transfer the money to Caronald Guesthouse S.L. 29120 Alhaurin el Grande (Málaga). The necessary details will also be in the confirmation.
• Only Credit / Debit payments a possible by VISA & MASTERCARD due to commission to the bank we charge 1,5% of the total sum extra.
• The final bill you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Debit card, Cash or with your payment-App of your bank.

Unfortunately, it may happen that you have to cancel due to illness of yourself or travel companion(s) or due to family circumstances. We regret that of course. In consultation we look at how we apply the following.

We therefore advise you to take out a good travel and cancellation insurance, so that all parts of your trip are insured. We make a cancellation invoice after full payment of the amount to be invoiced.

• Cancellations from 60 days in advance of arrival: 25% of the total sum.
• Cancellations from 60-31 days in advance of arrival: 50% of the total sum.
• Cancellations from 30-0 days in advance of arrival: 100% of the total sum.

• Admission tickets and the service costs for the Alhambra and the Caminito del Rey can not be canceled.
• Confirmed greenfees only be canceled on the basis of the cancellation conditions of the relevant Golf Course.
• If you have rented a car of motorcycle via Bed & Breakfast Casa don Carlos and you want to cancel this, we consult the rental companies for there cancellation policies and any the costs they will charge.

• B&B Casa Don Carlos respects your privacy and will treat your personal details with care and as confidential. We appreciate your confidence in us and we will do all that is in our power to protect your personal details. Our website starts with HTTPS://, this means all details are encrypted. Furthermore, we will confirm everything via email. Therefore please add us as a trusted email address.

• We advise you to take out a good travel and cancellation insurance and making sure that all the elements of you trip are properly insured. If you cancel we will make a cancellation invoice.
